Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the website operated by Bobber Bargain (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as our [Terms of Service] and [Return Policy]. This Policy applies to all purchases and shipments, domestic and international.


1. Fulfillment and Carrier Services

All physical products available for purchase through our platform are sourced via shopify collective application and are shipped directly from the respective third-party brand, manufacturer, or authorized supplier (collectively, the “Supplier”). Bobber Bargain does not stock, warehouse, or directly fulfill physical goods unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Each Supplier maintains independent fulfillment operations, shipping practices, and carrier relationships. Consequently, shipping rates, carrier availability, and estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are determined solely by each Supplier and are transmitted in real-time from their systems. Bobber Bargain does not adjust, inflate, or interfere with these rates.

No free shipping is currently offered. Customers are solely responsible for selecting and paying the applicable shipping rate provided during checkout. Available shipping options may include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and regional postal services, at the discretion of each Supplier.


2. Shipping Regions and Availability

We currently support shipping to the following regions, subject to Supplier availability and compliance with applicable shipping restrictions:

    • United States: All Supplier shipping rates and options as provided.

    • Canada: All Supplier shipping rates and options as provided.

    • International (outside the U.S. and Canada): Available where the Supplier offers international fulfillment, and subject to any jurisdictional or regulatory limitations.

If a Supplier does not offer shipping to a selected region or country, the affected product(s) will be marked as unavailable for checkout to that destination.


3. Split Shipments and Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different Suppliers. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and on different dates. Each shipment will be accompanied by a separate tracking number (if available). No additional shipping fees will be charged beyond those calculated and paid during the original checkout process.


4. Order Processing and Fulfillment Times

Processing times vary by Supplier and are subject to their internal policies. While most Suppliers endeavor to process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days from the date of payment confirmation, this is not guaranteed.

Additional delays may occur during public holidays, high-order volumes, or due to unforeseen operational or supply chain interruptions. Bobber Bargain shall not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party Suppliers.


5. Delivery Estimates and Transfer of Risk

Any estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding delivery commitment.

Once a shipment has been tendered to the selected carrier, title and risk of loss or damage transfer to the Customer. Bobber Bargain and its Suppliers assume no responsibility for:

    • Carrier-related delays or service disruptions.

    • Customs processing delays or inspections.

    • Weather-related transit issues.

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the Customer.

    • Government-imposed duties, tariffs, VAT, or import fees for international shipments.

Customers are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import-related charges incurred upon entry to the destination country.


6. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is made available by the respective Supplier. If your order contains items from multiple Suppliers, you will receive separate tracking details for each package. You are encouraged to monitor all tracking updates and to reach out to the carrier for any inquiries once a shipment is in transit.


7. Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments

In the event a shipment is returned to the Supplier as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, the Customer remains liable for the original shipping cost, any return shipping charges, and any applicable restocking fees.

Reshipment may be possible, subject to payment of additional shipping charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy and at the discretion of the Supplier.


8. Shipping Restrictions and Prohibited Items

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from shipment to specific countries, states, or regions due to:

    • Legal and regulatory limitations

    • Carrier restrictions

    • Supplier-imposed policies

If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your selected destination, we will notify you and provide a refund for the affected item(s).


9. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless expressly stated otherwise, title to all products and risk of loss transfers to the Customer at the moment the product is delivered to the shipping carrier. Customers concerned about loss or damage during transit are encouraged to select insured shipping options or to file claims directly with the carrier in accordance with their policies.

Bobber Bargain does not file claims on behalf of customers nor reimburse losses caused by third-party carrier errors.
