1) Scope (U.S. Orders Only)
We ship to addresses in the United States (50 states and D.C.). We do not ship internationally. Orders to freight forwarders or reshippers may be canceled at our discretion.

3) Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping: $0 on merchandise subtotals $50+ after discounts (exclusions may apply for oversized items).

Estimated transit for Standard is 3–5 business days after ship-out. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4) Carriers, Tracking & Delivery

We ship via major U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO: Small parcels generally ship via USPS. Oversized or restricted items may require a street address.

5) Oversized, Restricted, or High-Value Items
Certain products (e.g., trolling motors, electronics, batteries, pressurized aerosols, solvents) may have carrier or hazmat restrictions, longer processing times, or limited delivery options. If additional handling or a surcharge applies, we’ll contact you before shipment.
6) Address Accuracy & Changes
Please confirm your full and correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.
7) Split Shipments & Backorders
To speed delivery, we may ship items separately at no additional Standard Shipping cost. If any item is backordered or delayed, we’ll email an updated ETA and options (wait/swap/cancel).
8) Delivery Issues (Loss, Theft, Damage, Delay)

Damage/Shortages: Inspect on arrival and email photos of the box, packing, and item within 48 hours so we can assist.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: Check doors, mailbox, neighbors, and wait 24 hours for a potential follow-up scan. If still missing, contact us to initiate a carrier trace.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you upon carrier’s confirmed delivery scan (or signature, if required). We’ll help with carrier claims, but Bobber Bargain isn’t liable for packages shown as delivered by the carrier.
9) Force Majeure & Carrier Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, peak-season volume, or carrier network disruptions may cause delays beyond our control. We’ll share any available updates but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

1) Scope (U.S. Orders Only)
Bobber Bargain accepts orders and processes returns for domestic United States addresses only. We do not ship internationally and do not accept international orders or returns.
2) Return Window & Authorization
- You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking.
- All returns require prior authorization via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to sender.
3) How to Start a Return
- Email support@bobberbargain.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (include photos for damage/defect claims).
- If approved, we’ll issue an RMA number with packing instructions. The return shipping address will be provided only with the RMA approval.
- For returns due to our error (wrong item, shipping damage, verified defect), we provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, you may use our discounted label (cost deducted from refund) or ship at your expense with tracking and insurance.
4) Eligibility & Item Condition
- Items must be unused/unworn, free of odors, stains, or wear; in original, intact retail packaging with all accessories, manuals, inserts, UPCs, hook guards, and promotional items; and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items returned used, altered, incomplete, or outside the return window may be rejected or subject to a restocking/repacking fee up to 15% at our discretion.
5) Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items
For safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, the following are final sale and not returnable except for verified defects on arrival:
- Opened consumables (scent attractants, bait additives), opened or cut fishing line, and used soft plastics;
- Custom/personalized or special-order items;
- Items marked Final Sale (including the Bargain Bin);
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable products;
- Hazardous/flammable goods (e.g., aerosols, certain adhesives/solvents).
Some product pages may identify additional items as non-returnable.
6) Damages, Defects & Order Issues
- Inspect upon delivery. Report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer box, packing materials, and item.
- Defects (DOA). Report functional defects within 30 days of delivery. We will troubleshoot and arrange a replacement, parts, or refund based on our assessment.
- Electronics & Manufacturer Warranties. Certain brands/products are serviced under manufacturer warranties. After 30 days—or immediately where brand policy requires—we will help you initiate a manufacturer claim.
7) Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item per this Policy and place a new order. We process the return separately to avoid delays.
8) Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected (allow 3–5 business days after carrier delivery to us).
- After approval, most banks/card issuers post refunds within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If 15 business days have passed since your approval email and you do not see the refund, contact support@bobberbargain.com.
9) Return Shipping Costs & Risk of Loss
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping and for any loss/damage in transit. Use a trackable, insured service and pack to the original standard (e.g., rod tubes for rods, hook guards on hardbaits).
- For returns due to our error, prepaid labels are provided and insured by us.
10) Bundles, Kits, Free Gifts & BOGO
- Bundles, kits, and BOGO promotions must be returned complete. Missing components or freebies may result in a deduction equal to their full retail value.
11) Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages
- Shipments refused at delivery, undeliverable due to address errors, or unclaimed may return to us. We will refund the product price minus round-trip shipping and a restocking fee up to 15% (unless due to our error).
12) Abuse Prevention & Safety
- We may inspect serials and packaging, limit or deny returns where misuse, excessive wear, or policy abuse is suspected, and reject items contaminated by fuel, solvents, or biological material.
13) Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Venue for any permitted action is in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
